John has been a staple in the the LCSS youth sports community for over three decades. He began his Athletics Director career at St. Lawrence in 1995 and in 2018 he took on St. Boniface and St. Mary's athletic programs. John is a 1972 graduate of St. Lawrence and a 1976 graduate of Central Catholic. After high school, he attended Purdue University where he was a member of both baseball and basketball teams. Over the last 40 years, John has coached at various levels throughout the program including the Jr. High and high school levels. He was a varsity basketball assistant at CC from 2007 to 2016 and a baseball varsity assistant from 2020 to 2025.
